Refunds and Exchanges
If a product is found unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, a product that is not consumed (such as test strips) can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. Consumables may not be
returned.
To return merchandise to SafeAtHomeStores, be sure to include with your return a copy of your invoice, a detailed reason why you are sending back the product(s), and whether you are requesting a refund, an in-store credit, or an exchange. Please note that SafeAtHomeStores will issue refunds, in-store credits, or exchanges, only in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
